Overview

perpetua.sh ("the Service") is an OAuth proxy. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

What the Service does

perpetua.sh lets you connect third-party provider accounts (e.g. Google Calendar, Oura Ring, Strava) and access them through a single API key. We handle OAuth token refresh and forward your API requests to the providers.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Treat it like a password.
• You must comply with each connected provider's terms of service and API usage policies.
• You may not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without permission.

The Service is provided as-is

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, perpetua.sh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or service interruptions.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Billing and refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can manage your subscription from the dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have concerns.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
